However, I realized the importance of creating a platform to connect with my clients and fellow photographers alike.<\/p><p>It&#8217;s essential for my clients to get to know me, just as I strive to understand them when they consider booking a photography session.<\/p><p>So, who am I? My name is Julie, and I&#8217;m the proud owner of Julie Allison Photography. Beyond capturing moments behind the lens, I&#8217;m also a devoted mother to two incredible adults and a mother-in-law to their wonderful spouses. By day, I navigate the world of graphic design at a large church in Michigan, and in my spare time, I indulge in beading and scrapbooking.<\/p><p>As for my gear, I&#8217;m currently a devoted Canon user. While I&#8217;ve dabbled with Nikon in the past, my heart belongs to the Canon RP\u2014a mirrorless camera that has won me over. I also cherish my trusty old companion, my first-ever Canon, the Rebel XSi (yes, it&#8217;s an older model, but it still gets the job done!).<\/p><p>Now, why the blog?
